Regulated Area
Includes the Atlantic and Artic Oceans east of a line south of Cape Farewell – the southern tip of Green land, (42 degrees west), north of a line to the west of Cape Hatteras – the southern tip of Spain, (36 degrees north) and west of a line touching the western tip of Nowa Semlya (51 degrees east). The Baltic and Mediterranean Seas are excluded.

This fee is subject to change annually.
SKANReg (Saint Kitts & Nevis) registration is not included and can be quoted separately and depends on the type and size of the ship. More information including procedure for registration and the list of documents required available on our web site
Compulsory equipment
Total cost for equipment $1500 ONE-OFF payment per vessel. NO annual fees. NO subscription. Equipment can be installed and maintained by any of crew member.
The Vessel Monitoring Equipment need to be ordered trough Fulcrum Maritime Systems Limited, who will configure the system prior to shipment to report to the appropriate Fisheries Management Centre. Orders will be processed normally within two weeks but are subject to availability and shipping times. Fulcrum Maritime Systems will arrange airfreight of the equipment to an address specified by the Owners only after full cleared payment including applicable shipping charges, taxes and duties, has been received by them.
