OVERVIEW

Inmarine Ltd. is doing its business in maritime sector, providing services to shipowners, ship-owing and ship managing companies for development and implementation of Quality Management Systems according to ISO standard, Safety Management System (SMS), that complies with the ISM Code,  Ship Security System including assessment of the ship security, preparation of Ship Security Plans for approval to comply with the requirement of Chapter 11 of SOLAS and ISPS Code as well as agency services for registration of merchant fleet and yachts under convenient flags.

 

Situation of our offices allows us to participate in traditionally large shipping markets of Russia, Baltic States, Australia and UK. Though we are a relatively new player, our business is growing and our numerous personal contacts in the shipping world open quite promising prospects for us. Though our offices are located at a great distance from each other and literally are overseas from each other, the modern communication systems allow us working in very close everyday contact. Moreover, having office in different time belts gives us an advantage to be available 24/7.

Inmarine Ltd. is a part of the group of companies, headquartered in London.

The Group has offices in Sidney, Australia (Strategintell Ltd.), Klaipeda, Lithuania (Intehlit Pr.Co.) and a representative office in St.Petersburg, Russia (Inmarine St. Petersburg Ltd)

 

COMPANY HISTORY

The first company, which was opened in the Group, was Strategintell Ltd. It was founded in 2001 by three friends, who now head offices in London, Australia and St.Petersburg. We started with provision of services for development and implementation of Quality Management, Safety Management  and  Ship Security Systems. We won the tender and developed and implemented the systems for the whole fleet of the State Lithuanian Shipping Company.

With the growth of the portfolio of our clients, we had to open an office in St.Petersburg.

Last year we undertook a new direction of business and became the Official Maritime Registrar For St. Kitts & Nevis International Ship Registry in Australia and at present are awaiting to be granted agency in Docklands area in London.

 

KEY PERSONNEL

Michail Dermenzi. 10 years of experience in maritime industry: ship management, ship registration, statistics and ships in service investigation (Lloyds Register, London).

 

Nikolaj Tomkus. Over 10 years of experience in maritime sector: ship management, claims and insurance management, Ship Security systems.

 

Igor Robyshev. 15 years of experience as a Principle Surveyor of Safety Management System in Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.

 

Dmitriy Valyushenko. Over 10 years in maritime industry: sea-going experience, marine engineering, ships survey.

 

Alexander Kopylov. Over 30 years of experience in sea ports: cranes and lifting equipment technical management.

 

Elina Dyachuk. Over 10 years of experience in banking and finance and transport law (shipping and freight-forwarding sector).

 

 

ACTIVITIES

 

Ships Registration.  We provide services for shipowners, yacht owners, shipbrokers, ship managers and operators wishing to register sea vessels, including commercial ships, yachts and motor boats, under the most well-known and popular Flags of Convenience

 

Development and Implementation of Quality Management System; correction or development of the full package of the necessary procedures and check-lists; preliminary audit; finding of a certifying body and making all necessary arrangements with them; support during the certification audit; consultations, instructional support and assistance in organizational issues.

 

Development and Implementation of Safety Management System to comply with the requirements of the ISM Code, which is named obligatory by Chapter IX of SOLAS Convention – outlining the way the company will approach SMS certification; development of the operational manual for the system as well as procedures and check-lists to be used on board and at the company; document control – establishing a process that allows all required manuals, ship’s information, forms etc to be kept up-to-date and relevant; internal audit; consultations on any issues arising in connection with ISM.

 

Ship Security System in accordance with ISPS Code. We offer the full range of services to prepare a vessel for certification under ISPS Code: development of the ship security system; development of ship security plans, procedures and recommendations; assessment of the existing ship security system.

 

Certification under Maritime Labour Convention. We develop the whole package of documents, which a company and a vessel will need for successful certification, including all procedures, check-lists and declarations as well as implement the corresponding system on the vessel.

 

Independent Survey: full vessel condition survey; independent control of a vessel repair; recording a fact, nature and size of damage or absence of a damage; evaluation of vessels.
