Today our Group consists of Inmarine Ltd. in London, Strategintell Co. in Sidney, representation in St.-Petersburg and the production company Intehlit in Klaipeda.

Our company renders services for registration of merchant fleet and yachts under convenient flags, for development and implementation of Quality Management Systems according to ISO standard, development of Safety Management System (SMS), that complies with the ISM Code and is implemented effectively ashore. We also render services for development and implementation of Ship Security System including assessment of the ship security, preparation of Ship Security Plans for approval to comply with the requirement of Chapter 11 of SOLAS and ISPS Code. We also provide turn-key services to prepare for certification under the requirements of Maritime Labour Convention 2006.

We offer shipbroking services within the sale and purchase market.

Our production division has developed and patented load limiters for lifting equipment on ships and port installations. We produce and install the limiters and provide their further service and maintenance.

We act as Maritime Registrars For St. Kitts & Nevis International Ship Registry.
